We also assist them with regulatory registrations like registration with the NIPC, along with the procurement of needed authorizations to enable them establish their entities and commence business in Nigeria. We are accredited CAC agents and have been assisting local and international businesses in Nigeria with their incorporation needs at the Corporate Affairs Commission for a decade. We have assisted countless local and foreign entities to start up their business operations and guided them through all regulatory compliance requirements which they need to meet preparatory to commencing operations in Nigeria.

As such, we assist clients to procure regulatory permits which their businesses need and permits for their expatriate employees in Nigeria. We therefore liaise with the Nigeria Immigration Service and the Federal Ministry of Interior on their behalf to secure combined expatraite residencde permit and alien’s cards, temporary Work permits, Visas and extensions.
