He is a graduate of Law from Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University, and obtained his Barrister-at-Law qualification from the Nigerian Law School, Baguada Campus, Kano, where he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019.

Chukwuekezie commenced his legal career within the corporate environment at Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, where he gained practical exposure to construction, infrastructure, and project-based commercial operations. He is particularly interested in the legal and regulatory frameworks shaping emerging technologies in Nigeria, including digital assets, decentralised finance structures, and technology-driven financial services. His practice combines litigation discipline with forward-looking advisory tailored to technology-enabled businesses and infrastructure-focused enterprises operating in Nigeria.

Chukwuekezie has worked as part of the Firm’s advisory team on several cross-border mandates, including intellectual property matters and regulatory compliance matters for foreign-owned companies establishing operations in Nigeria. He also formed part of the team that provided comprehensive business advisory services to a Turkish construction company undertaking infrastructure projects in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
