Kingsley Ani is a partner at Kabbiz Legal & Advisory, with core competences in dispute resolution, all aspects of intellectual property law, and he heads the Firm’s IP and sub-practice groups. He is a graduate of Law from Ebonyi State University and he undertook his post-graduate studies for qualification to the Nigerian Bar, at the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Kingsley Ani is a seasoned Legal Practitioner who frequently acts for various brands and companies with regards to their legal and business concerns in Nigeria and the sub-Sahara. He is particularly skilled and has years of experience in Commercial Litigation, though he has shifted his core focus to  Intellectual Property Law, Anti-Counterfeiting, Products Registration, Defamation and Online Reputation Management, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Governance,  as well as general corporate law and international business advisory.

Ani has advised international companies operating in Nigeria or about to set up their Nigerian operations on a vast array of legal matters, including matters bordering on regulatory compliance, Products registration in Nigeria with bodies such as NAFDAC, SON, CPC and he has also advised on Customs & Excise.
